Wonderful place to be when your in love! The tasting menu is outstanding and the wine and desserts are next to perfection Friendly and relaxed with great food and service.The only thing that needs improvement is the coffee

It's Very possible that of she is taken to the shelter someone else my adopt her.....The shelter seems to be at max capacity and the adoption fee for a cat is much less than that of a Dog.....The shelter is always very clean and all the animals are well cared for.... Perhaps you should advertise for a temporary Foster home for the cat and explain your situation in hopes of finding a new apartment that allows animals........ Good luck and best wishes.......

Yes they take in small animals! We have an exotics room at the main adoptions center where they have cages already set up for small animals like that.
If there is no shade or cover from the elements, contact Lexington Fayette County Animal Care and Control. They should go out and discuss with the owner.
Yes. They will accept cats that you are no longer able to take care of. But you need to inform them of any medical history you know of. So they can take appropriate steps to take care of her
